Our Vision: To reduce the incidence and severity of injuries to children in North East England
The Need
Every year in the UK, the equivalent of two primary schools full of children will die as a result of an accident. Many, many more children are injured, disabled or scarred as a result of these accidents.
Our Aims
- To raise awareness of the dangers
- To promote behavioural change
- To reduce the impact of injury by immediate First Aid care
- To improve the environment, both in the home and outdoors
We are unique in our approach to reducing preventable injury by being the only training organisation of its kind in the UK. We offer ground breaking safety initiatives and use hard-hitting visual resources to back up our safety messages, working in partnership with various regional and national organisations to actively promote unintentional injury awareness and the necessary skills to reduce such injury.
